SOWING SEEDS FOR A BRIGHT FUTURE
​The years between 2006 & 2010 have been particularly eventful for us at VCCSI. It started with us being named by AIG Curing as the Top Performer in the category of 1st Level Collection Agency.

After this, Banco de Oro awarded us the title of Top Collection Agency every year, from 2007-2010. In 2009, Citibank announced that VCCSI was the Most Improved Bank of the Year. Then, in June 2010, we were awarded for our exceptional performance by the First Gulf Bank in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2011- 2015
​STRENGTHENING OUR FOOTHOLD IN THE PHILIPPINES
From 2011 to 2015, VCCSI strengthened its foothold in the Philippines market through our robust and quality-driven services. For our commitment, we were awarded the Best Agency in Fifth Placement Manila (2011) and Best Agency Second Half Third Placement (2012) by the Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation.

Our focus on customer satisfaction has always been one of our defining traits at VCCSI. This was why we received the 100% Zero Complaint Award and the Top Collection Agency Award from Banco De Oro in 2012.
​
Going into 2014, we were awarded for being the #1 Collection Agency in February by Union Bank. In the same period, RCBC Savings Bank awarded us the Highest Recovery of Written off Personal Loans Portfolio – a pivotal moment in VCCSI’s lifespan.
​
In 2015, Citibank named us as the recipients of the sought-after Top Recovery Agency for Newly Model and Geo Expansion category. During this period, we received notable plaques and certificates from key economic & financial institutions in the Philippines, such as PBCOM, Security Bank, Metrobank & Home Credit.
All of these awards set us up as being one of the most trusted financial institutions in the country.

20 YEARS OF DEDICATION AND CELEBRATION
20 years ago, we started with a vision to build a company that would do right by its employees, clientele & customers. Today, our VCCSI Family & Partners can say proudly that we’ve been able to achieve that dream.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one for having contributed to our company’s success. Looking back towards the previous two decades, it’s unbelievable how far we’ve come.

We successfully built 13 VCCSI branches nationally, in Cebu, Cavite, Cagayan de Oro, Bacolod, Zamboanga, Pagadian, Butuan, General Santos, Batangas, Mindoro, Pampanga, Bulacan & Calapan. We’ve also made our foray into international waters, with our affiliates in Dubai. All of this has been thanks to your contribution. Without you, there wouldn’t be us.

2016 - 2019
MAKING OUR WAY TO THE TOP OF THE MARKET
​The past few years have been particularly spectacular for the entire VCCSI family. Metrobank recently announced that VCCSI had one of the best 120 due, re-write, and flowrates schemes.
We once again received Citibank’s award as the Top Recovery Agency in the Newly Model category. RCBC Savings Bank awarded us three distinct, prestigious awards, including the Top External Agency in Write-Off PL, 3 Peat Award, and the Top Collection Agency for Auto Loan.

In 2019, we were awarded as the Top Performer for the 2nd Quarter by Chinabank Cards Collection.

VCCSI has been uniquely blessed by the Lord. We have a wonderful group of smart partners, a spectacular team of dedicated and hardworking employees, and a generous family of clients. Together, all of you have made it possible for the VCCSI family to thrive, even in the face of challenges and global hardship.

On May 6th, 2021, we celebrated 23 years of being in existence. During this time, we have received so much love and support from our employees. It is only right for us to give back to the community that gave us so much.
​
To that end, VCCSI set up a community pantry on May 21st, 2021, as a way to give thanks and show our respects to our fellow Filipinos. We have always believed in our divine responsibility of sharing our blessings with others. By living in alignment with God’s plan for us, we believe we can nurture a loving, peaceful, and generous community in the Philippines.
